Role: 2nd Line Support

Location: Milton Keynes- (Mon- Fri, 9am- 5:30pm)

Salary: £33,000 with added benefits

We are looking for an experienced 2nd Line IT Support technician with great customer service skills who can consistently work to the highest level on a wide range of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for the end user technology environment within the IT Service delivery team.
  • Perform onsite installations and troubleshooting in a software and hardware environment.
  • Support desktop applications, hardware and printers, PC builds, OS repairs, system restores, service desk support via walk ups etc
  • Identify key issues from evaluating information quickly to help formulate effective conclusions.

Must Haves:

  • Previous experience in 2nd Line Support
  • Excellent time management, organisational and customer service skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Understanding of hardware maintenance/ break- fix as well as understanding the importance of business processes and compliance.
  • Great understanding of Windows 7 and 10, Office 365 and Active Directory
  • CompTIA A+ certification (ideal but not essential)
