Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional on-site services for our prestigious clients.
  • Provide comprehensive technical support covering desktop computing and various corporate IT services such as telephony, email, and Active Directory.
  • Work independently and remotely on a diverse range of products, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving prowess.
  • Conduct on-site installations and troubleshoot effectively in both software and hardware contexts.
  • Adhere to and update documented procedures, adapting swiftly to changes in protocols.
  • Drive your personal development, actively engaging in management appraisals and seeking growth opportunities in line with organizational objectives.

Activities Include:

  • Hardware support and PC/Laptop imaging.
  • Operating Helpdesk/Welcome desk.
  • Hands-on desktop support.
  • VC support and printer support.
  • Handling installations, moves, and changes.
  • Providing expert 1st/2nd line support.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • GCSE or equivalent education.
  • Technical qualifications: CDW L1 / L2, CompTIA A+, Server+, Network+, ITIL Foundation, MCDST, CCENT.
  • Proven experience on a 2nd line service desk.
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to travel nationwide as needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated customer support skills and experience in user move and changes.
  • Solid understanding of hardware maintenance/break-fix.

  • A full and clean UK Driver’s License.
