Customer Experience Manager
Permanent – £60k – £65k
Are you an experienced Customer Experience Manager looking for a new challenge? Due to growth this is a new position for a flexible working solutions company to create the best customer experience possible, bridging the online gap between the customer and the brand.
You will be a key member of the digital stream, ensuring the product team stay focused on the needs of the end user, establish and drive business requirements, delivering innovative products and solutions.
Looking at the customer journey of the product, you will grow online services through web and digital platforms, increase website user engagement through user experience, grow onsite traffic and drive web conversions.
You will will enhance the customer facing digital ecosystem (Website, App etc) staying focused on the CX needs of the end user, by defining, implementing and testing business requirements and delivering innovative digital solutions.
You will spot opportunities for B2B service offerings and ensure delivery of a cohesive and consistent brand experience to our customers via our website and wider digital ecosystem.
You will be an experienced in Customer Experience Management life cycle with a focus on the customer journey and experience, with an awareness of the technology involved – this is not a technical role, we need someone who understands brand offering and customer awareness.
You will have experience of small and mid-scale product development with multi-disciplinary teams in the UK and offshore – in -house and/or outsourced, as part of a digital marketing team
You will show a balanced brand vs commercial approach to product development, understand the B2B service environment and extensive CRO experience.
