DevOps Manager

• Role – DevOps Lead/Manager
• Location – Bristol – 2- 3 days per week on site plus remote
• Duration – 3 months

We are currently working with a client who are looking to bring onboard as an experienced DevOps manager to embark on a digital transformation journey.

Project Overview

• Reviewing what currently legacy systems they have, working with the team / board to look at what they need to do / change to make their systems more in line with industry standards
• Splitting the current team into two and setting responsibilities
• Some coaching and mentoring of current team
• Platform familiarity – Predominantly MS Stack plus AWS/Azure
• Programming and Scripting and integration tools
• Config management, version control, infra as code (Eg AWS)
• Provisioning and deployment
• Security
• Tracking & assessing release performance
• Network optimisation Troubleshooting
• Integration, APIs
• 1Communication and team management
