We have been engaged by an exciting tech start up business, who require a Field Engineer to join their growing engineering and maintenance team. With a huge amount of financial backing, they have significant growth plans over the coming years, so now is a great time to be joining the organisation!

Working as a Field Engineer, your role will be focused on delivering excellent customer service while performing installations and maintenance of various fibre broadband products.

The Role:

  • To provide customers with an exceptional service and experience throughout the installation process.
  • To ensure the customers services is tested and working before leaving customer premises. (Right first time)
  • To perform a clean and thorough installation process and to comply to Health and safety standards throughout.
  • Work closely with Customer experience team to understand drivers for installation faults and to help drive continuous improvements.
  • Assess installation methods with customer to ensure it is convenient for the customer as well as providing guidance and consultation on the best method and route to our fibre into the customers property.

The Candidate:

  • Ability to provide a customer centric installation and repair service to maximise customer experience.
  • Ability to comply to Health and Safety procedures, risk assessments and method statements to manage a safe operation.
  • Ability to perform site surveys and establish appropriate installation routes and methods.
  • Ability to troubleshoot WiFi issues, providing customer with an overview of how WiFi works and how to get the best use out of our service.
  • NRSWA Certified
