Head of Technical Operations
Are you a senior Leader who will always be a techie at heart? Do you want to manage and lead large technical delivery teams, and also use your high level technical skills?
In this position you will be responsible for the technical delivery across a range of customers by leading and managing teams across technical support, network services, cloud delivery and servers. Your direct reports will include Technical Operations, Technology Services, Cloud Delivery and Service Governance.
You will be accountable for the delivery, leadership and development of your teams, ensuring best in class service delivery. You will drive and measure continuous service improvements, improve levels of availability, performance and customer satisfaction. You will also act as the primary escalation point for technical or service operational issues.
What do we need you to bring?
You will have progressed from a technical position up to a Senior IT Leadership role, but have kept your technical interest and can be very credible in front of your technical teams.
You will have experience across a variety of technologies – networks, servers, Cloud
You will have come from sizeable technical estates – 100’s of servers and racks, maybe across more than one customer or internal divisions
You will have excellent service delivery skills and ensure customer satisfaction.
