• Position – IT Operations Director
• Location – Manchester (3 days per week in the office)
• Salary – £140k package

Overview

Our client, who is a global organisation within the Media / Audio branding sector, with a market cap of half a billion pounds, 1,000 employees, a well-rounded and polished outfit are looking for a commercially minded, energetic IT Operations Director who understands why technology is key to an organisation.

Job Responsibilities

• Own the IT Operations function with 19 direct reports (Network, infrastructure, security)
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems – Email, Network, Telephony, Finance systems, CRM systems and Salesforce
• Experienced and understanding of how a contact center works, cloud, change management, cyber security
• Responsible for building business cases, policies, and procedures
• Strong background in IT Service Delivery, Change, SDLC, Dev Ops and Agile methodologies

Candidates Experience Requirements

• IT Operations experience with a background of IT Service delivery
• Experience of reporting up to board / CIO level
• Sales / B2B background / understanding
• Commercially minded around contracts, agreements, and business cases
