Title: Lead Oracle Payroll Support Consultant

Location: Manchester or London (Full onsite)

Salary: £70-90k (Open to Negotiation)

Please be aware to be successful you will be required to go through DV (Developed Vetting) Clearance, as such you must be a UK citizen with 10+ Years of UK residency along with other requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage, Lead and Develop a team of Payroll Support Consultants providing support and guidance through their development
• Manage the Oracle Payroll support including request, fulfilment, incident management, problem and change management
• Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the whole process
• Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements
• Support in the design of solutions and ensure best practice approaches, tools and templates are used
• Fully document all solutions developed
• Support through testing activities

Essential Requirements

• Ability to obtain DV Level clearance (British Citizen, No criminal record and clean financial background)
• High level knowledge of the Oracle HCM suite, especially Payroll
• Previous experience within a Lead or Senior position
• Experience of ITIL fundamentals (Certification is a huge Bonus)
