Marketing Technology / MarTech Engineer

Due to an exciting period of growth we are looking for an experienced Marketing Technology Engineer for a busy online company.

Bridging the gap between technology and marketing with a passion for data, you will be the primary owner of the Customer Data Platform / CDP tool and marketing data activities.

This will include:

  • Own the CDP tool
  • The setup and maintenance of Google Analytics or equivalent to measure marketing channel effectiveness.
  • Handling low level data eg SQL, Excel, Data Studio
  • Connecting various data platforms and sources together such as Azure Logic Apps, Zapier and Fivetran
  • Using tag management using tools such as Google Tag Manager or TiQ
  • Using optimisation tools such as Google Optimise – using various data sources for measuring success including offline data sources

You will come from a similar role with excellent experience in Marketing Technology, either from a technical or marketing department.
Have excellent experience of CDP tools such as Tealium or Segment

Your ability to handle data and analytical mind will allow you to solve and trouble shoot complex issues and you will be able to support other teams with tools that will help the performance of various marketing tools, for example Content Square.
