.Net Developer Team Leader

Role: .Net Developer Team Leader (C#)

Location: Manchester (1 Day Per Week)

Salary: £60-70k + Significant Benefits Package & Career Progression

Are you an experienced . Net & C# Developer Team Leader with a proven track record in building SaaS products?

Our client is a fast-growing UK-based contact centre solution provider. Personal skills as well as technology skills are important in this role to build Team Culture. You will be responsible for managing User Stories, Bug Fixes and technical research spikes through the sprint using an agile methodology, and owning your implementation through into production.

They are continually improving their technology culture and you will be expected to participate in code reviews, solve problems with a test-first approach and write clean, readable, and testable code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new and exciting features for the customer base
• Resolve issues and maintain a high standard of quality
• Collaborate with other team members through an agile Software Delivery Life Cycle
• Work with the QA engineers on your team to ensure implementations are tested effectively
• Write unit tests to ensure code quality
• Set a high personal standard which contributes to the team’s high standard
• Continuously improve your technical skills through self learning

Skills:

• Commercial experience in the C#, .Net & JavaScript
• Experience with RESTful APIs
• Experience with Git and working in an environment with multiple developers
• Good knowledge of JavaScript frameworks, such as VueJS or React
• Enjoy working as part of a team and collaborating with others
• Clear communication both written and verbal
• Experience in seeing projects through to deployment
• Experience with Azure DevOps for ticket management and CI/CD
• Good knowledge of software and application design and architecture
• Enjoy troubleshooting and problem solving
• Experience in the contact centre industry is advantageous
• Experience working in an Agile, DevOps environment is advantageous
