Are you an experience PMO Administrator / PMO Co-ordinator looking for the chance to join an award wining services business during an exciting period of growth?
This is a 12 month fixed term contract with the strong possibility of a permanent contract.
Working with the Project Manager and Head of IT you will:
- Provide PMO administrative support to any assigned project, working across multiple project workstreams, under the NextGen Programme.
- Co-ordinate project tasks and assist the Project Manager in the successful completion of projects
- Document and track progress of projects
- Maintenance of PMO owned documentation using the relevant project management structure and methodology (Charters, Requirement specifications, Organisational charts and Operational manuals)
- Weekly production of status reporting across the active workstreams
You will come from a PMO background and have proven experience in working in a PMO, Project support or project co-ordinator role.
You will have strong organisation, planning and co-ordination skills, and have excellent communication skills.
Ideally you will come from an SME size company of 100 – 400 people and be used to working in smaller teams.
