PMO Analyst – 12 months FTC

• Role – PMO Analyst
• Location – Chatham, Kent – 3 days per week on site
• Duration – 12 months fixed term contract (Maternity cover)
• Salary – £47-52k base plus benefits – pension, health insurance, 28 days holiday

Overview

The Senior PMO Analyst will act as a lead in the PMO team and undertake roles in large, complex and high profile projects, including representation of PMO at Change Governance and to Executives. They will also have responsibility for co-ordinating the Stage Gate Readiness Review forums, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to this forum and the maintenance of key artefacts such as the Change Delivery Portfolio Tracker and Resource Roster. Senior PMO Analysts will also be assigned small PMO projects to manage and drive to completion such as roll out of new Tooling or development of training materials to support changes or improvements to frameworks and processes.

Requirements

• 3 years in a lead PMO role, working with large, complex and high profile projects that includes representing PMO at Governance meetings and to Executives, whilst providing challenge and independence in high pressured projects and programmes
• 5 years in a PMO role working with high profile / critical projects using waterfall and agile methodologies is essential across multiple disciplines within IT & Business is essential 5 years’ PMO Analyst experience in a large and complex change function is essential
• 5 years’ previous experience of working within the financial services industry is desirable
• 2 years’ experience chairing internal meetings with Executive/Senior Management and influencing/directing decisions is essential
• 2 years’ training, coaching & mentoring experience of other PMO and Project Management professionals is essential
• 2 years previous experience working with offshore operations is essential
• Experience of using Clarizen Planview, JIRA and Confluence is desirable
