Pre-Sales Support Specialist

Role: Pre-Sales Support Specialist (Radiology – Healthcare Software)

Salary: Up to £50k + 5-10% bonus & significant benefits package

Location: 100% WFH / Remote (UK based)

If you have Pre-Sales experience in the NHS or a UK Healthcare IT solutions environment, then I have an exciting opportunity for you!

In this role, you will provide expert knowledge to ensure each sale proposal contain the appropriate technology solution defined to a degree that the delivery team understand as necessary to deliver sales.

As a Pre-Sales Support Specialist, you are the liaison between both sales teams and solution teams. You will need to be an effective communicator and be able to effectively translate customer requirements into deliverable and technologically appropriate solutions.

Required:

• Pre-Sales Solutions experience acting at as the liaison between sales and solutions teams, writing and submitting tenders (ITT, RFI, RFQ’s etc.)
• Knowledge of NHS & UK Healthcare IT solutions industry.
• Understanding of the market, business, and solutions the company offer in order to be able to articulate sales proposals within a framework.
• Understanding of RIS and other healthcare technology applications.
• Effective communicator, able to effectively translate customer requirements into deliverable and technologically appropriate solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Performing product demonstrations for existing and potential customers.
• Collaborating with our delivery teams to define and agree solution components required to enable the delivery team to create detailed statements of work.
• Creating a set of standardised solution packages that can be sold by the sales team with all of these factors already finalised.
• Working with the solutions team to create new and innovative solution descriptions, diagrams, warranted environment specifications and inter-dependencies to expand our product portfolio.

Desirable:

• In-depth knowledge of HL7 & Web API integration technology.
