Programme Manager – Transformation & Change

Are you an experienced Programme Manager looking for a new challenge? Are you able to confidently talk about business benefits of programmes

You will be responsible for the management and co-ordination of projects, process and people to deliver successful change and business projects. You will lead and support a team of Project Managers, manage schedules and costs, risks, issues, resource allocations across the projects, and manage business expectations and outcomes.

As the Programme Manager, you will develop and maintain the programme environment to support projects, and provide management, direction, governance and oversight to key stakeholders.

You will manage business expectations, working closely with the various departments and control the Programme and constituent Project scopes, following prescribed PMO change governance arrangements.

What you will bring:
* Strong experience working as a Programme Manager
* Proven experience in Business and IT Projects – but always with a focus on buisness benefts
* Strong Change experience
* Experience chairing internal committees and directing decisions from a senior management perspective
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

You must have worked for companies around the 200 – 2000 people rather than only large companies, and have a very consultative approach
