Role:

  • Role – Project Manager (Facility Management experience)
  • Location – Remote plus 1 day per week in Central London, Kingston or Surrey.
  • Start date – ASAP
  • Day Rate – £300-375 per day – Outside IR35

Job Overview:

Our client are in the process of building a new global HQ in Kingston upon Thames and are looking for a project manager with FM operations and buildings management processes experience.

Drive development of the operational management processes for building operations, control, maintenance

Someone who can pull the plans together and be responsible for plan together, assign ownership for the process areas, get processes drafted, reviewed & written.
