Remote Working with travel to client site (UK)

Working for a global powerhouse, the ideal candidate will be customer centric working with Sales Specialists and Bid Teams to join the UK ServiceNow business. You will show the value of the ServiceNow Platform to prospective and existing customers and be involved with all aspects of Pre-Sales up to the point of project initiation. You will be provided training on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

  • Client-facing supporting technical product sales
  • Demonstrate the ServiceNow capability both onsite and remotely
  • Lead workshops and give product demonstrations
  • Provide feedback to the product team on how to enhance the platform

Qualifications

  • Strong presales experience selling complex SaaS solutions
  • Experience with digital workflows
  • Previous experience with presales in SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, Remedy, Salesforce and other similar platforms
  • Be outgoing and customer facing and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Manufacturing, retail, commercial or defence backgrounds would be nice to have but not essential
