Role: Salesforce Solution Architect

Contract duration: 6 months with possible extension. Initial start date is Mid February

Location: Fully remote with once a month visit to London site

Pay Rate: £500- £625 per day (Outside IR35)

This leading Salesforce partner specialising in the Financial Services Industry are on the lookout for a talented and passionate Salesforce Solution Architect who is ready to make an impact in their fully remote company, where employees thrive from various locations across the UK. This role is ideal for the Soluton Architect who focuses on the business analysis side of things with no technical responsibilitis given.

You will be working closely with the Technical Architect and a wider team of 5 developers on this project with one of their valued customer that secialise in the Insurance sector.

About the Role:

As a Solution Architect you will play a pivotal role in representing our expertise, both functionally and on the business analysis side. Your mission is to deliver exceptional client experiences by embracing Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework. In this dynamic position, you’ll actively contribute to pre-sales efforts and apply critical thinking to shape our clients’ Salesforce solutions in line with their requirements and vision. Serving as a Salesforce technical advisor, you will also lead business development initiatives, gaining a deep understanding of our clients’ business processes and system needs.

This initial project is working with a customer specialising in insurance, so ideal candidates will have come from a similar project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead discovery workshops and present solution designs to clients.
  • Support technical and functional teams during implementation and uphold Salesforce best practices.
  • Be accountable for the overall quality and scalability of the design.
  • Grasp how Salesforce integrates into broader enterprise architecture patterns.
  • Dedicate yourself to the success of our team and clients.
  • Demonstrate unwavering accountability and craftsmanship in your work.

This Role is Ideal for You if You:

  • Have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including at least 2 years as a Salesforce Solution Architect.
  • Have previously worked on implemetaton projects with clients in the Insurance sector is a must!
  • Bring experience from working with a Consulting Partner.
  • Thrive as a team player, embracing challenges with a can-do attitude, and are passionate about learning and sharing knowledge.
  • Heavy stakeholder management experience
  • Hold essential Salesforce certifications, including Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and Platform App Builder.
  • Are well-versed in the Software Development Lifecycle using Agile methodology and other frameworks.
  • Have a track record of managing client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Excel in Salesforce configuration and boast extensive knowledge of various Salesforce products.
  • Are familiar with Appexchange Salesforce products such as DocuSign or Conga.
  • Embrace open communication and excel in relationship-building.
  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Have the right to work in the UK.

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Omni Studio experience.
  • Knowledge of Financial Services Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Industries.
  • Prior experience in the Insurance sector.
