The Finance team’s vision is to provide a scalable financial platform that records accurate transactions to provide a best in class experience for our key stakeholders. As part of the Finance team, you will develop and maintain revenue, margin and expenditure forecasts and budgets while also providing key management reporting on company performance and how this is aligned with the year’s objectives.

This is a truly commercial role to partner with various stakeholders to interpret and analyse financial performance and offer recommendations on how to drive value using your influencing skills.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Support and challenge key Business Partners and Stakeholders in delivering business strategy through the provision of insightful financial analysis, data and trends
  • Develop robust financial forecasting, business planning, and performance analysis tools that allow management to make informed data driven decisions which drive improved performance
  • Play a key role in the delivery of the annual Budgets, supporting Business Partners in the preparation of their annual revenue forecasts and cost plans
  • Support and challenge budget owners through periodic review meetings to ensure delivery and control of their budget and efficiency savings initiatives
  • Play a key role in the implementation of an efficient and robust revenue and financial forecasting process, as well as the monthly review thereof
  • Provide support in the preparation of timely and accurate monthly management accounts, as well as submission of month end packs to Senior Management and key Business Stakeholders
  • Participate in the monthly review of results with the senior finance team, identifying and discussing key drivers of variances to plans, including revenue, margin and costs
  • KPI reporting across various areas of the business on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Drive the continuous evolution of reporting and forecasting to support decision making and to drive an overall improvement in performance
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within your immediate team and supporting projects across the business


  • Proven work experience as a Financial Analyst with commercial focus
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and a desire to drive improvements in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial business
  • Strong analytical skills as well as experience in building complex financial models; proficiency in MS Excel
  • Demonstrate strong problem solving skills
  • Structured thinker, ability to make complex things simple and analyse data from multiple different sources
  • Confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information
  • Strong understanding of business processes and data flows and the impact they have on financial results
  • Great stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills – able to articulate results clearly and concisely to a wide range of stakeholders
  • A self-starter, always looking for opportunities to learn and experiment
  • Willingness to question the validity, accuracy of data and assumptions
