  • Location – Remote with 2 days per week in London
  • Salary – £35k

About This Role

The Senior Media Marketing Executive will report to the Recruitment Marketing Manager and collaborate with the team on a range of recruitment marketing campaigns to support our client growth. It’s an exciting time to be joining – you’ll be working with well-known brands to engage and attract quality temporary staff to drive our ambition to help people get jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Media planning and research new attraction channels, liaising with suppliers, scoping cost and booking media
  • Partner with Sales teams to understand enterprise opportunities and propose relevant media strategy for sales presentations
  • Tailor media plan according to client staffing needs regarding shift patterns, skill requirements and pay rates to ensure we target and recruit quality workers
  • Support the design and execution of media channel strategy including online (job boards, social media, Google etc) and offline channels including ATL, events, flyers to name a few
  • Campaign coordination and delivery, activating media channels based on a defined media channel plan
  • Brief and partner with our internal Design team to define creative requirements, scope new collateral and assets to support attraction campaigns
  • Campaign optimization, tracking, reporting and analysing the performance of job adverts
  • Identify new and innovative ways to attract and engage key audiences and grow our temporary staffing pool
  • Assist with recruitment marketing reporting where appropriate
  • Collaborate with digital and social media marketing leads to support campaign development

Desired Experience:

  • Previous experience of managing recruitment marketing campaigns, ideally from an agency background
  • Good understanding of various media channels and buying methods
  • Flexibility to support high volume recruitment clients, managing multiple campaigns
  • Experience in media planning for non-recruitment industries would also be considered
