Senior PMO Consultant – Post-merger Integration / IMO

Senior PMO Consultant needed for a key role within PMO / IMO as part of a large company merger / acquisition

** You MUST have recent experience in post-merger integration projects, synergy & cost reporting and tracking **

You will:
* Define project tasks and resource requirements·
* Assemble and coordinate project staff
* Manage project resource allocation
* Plan and Schedule project timelines
* Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
* Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
* Provide direction and support to the project team
* Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
* Reporting, tracking and intervention on project/programme activities and milestones
* Synergy/costs tracking, reporting and investigation

Skills required
* Project management, project planning and reporting in an Integration Management context
* IMO Operation
* Experience in post-merger integration projects
* Cost / Synergy tracking, management and reporting
* Project / Programme / IMO Reporting and governance
* Assurance and risk
