We are currently working with a global software development company, who are looking for a Senior Sales Operations Manager to work with their EMEA team. This role will sit in their vastly growing UK team, while working closely with US based counterparts to align global strategies.

This is a brand new role that has been created to assist with the development of sales strategy and will play a key role in the long term growth plans of the company.

The Role:

  • Lead cross-functional projects using various analysis techniques to discover insights that will assist with strategic decision making.
  • Manage and oversee projects and initiatives to support the wider sales function.
  • Continuous improvement of sales techniques and procedures.
  • Support with data processes.
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team to evaluate performance and present ideas to improve efficiency.

The Candidate:

  • Experience within a similar sales operation or strategic consulting role.
  • Strong with sales data analysis and management.
  • Excellent with project management.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Previous experience working in a SaaS or Software company.
