Role: Service Delivery Manager

Location: Hybrid working model

Salary: £45,000- £65,000 (DOE)

As an award winning agency, they are looking for an experience Service Delivery Manager to make marketing and advertising between retailers and brands better.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full responsibility of the planning and project execution of the IT team as well as organising them to follow an ITIL based service
  • Responsible for people management and training the team to follow the industry’s best practices whilst reviewing team performance against forecast via KPI- based reporting
  • Providing a strategic direction that follow the companies vision/ direction and being part of the full project life cycle from risk, evaluation to implementation.
  • Recommend solutions that will help with business growth, liaising with stakeholders and managing requirements.
  • Provide excellent service such as procurement, setup and maintenance of individual hardware, maintenance of office systems, oversee cloud environments, Oversee IT security and create annual budgets.

MUST HAVES:

  • Ability to document and facilitate the transition to an ITIL- based workflow for the IT team
  • Strong IT and Infrastructure library skills with previous professional experience running an ITIL- based team.
  • Strong leadership skills, decision making skills and resource management skills.
  • ITIL certification (desirable)
