We are currently working with a global SaaS software business who, due to continued company growth, are looking to appoint a Solution Architect Director for their European business. This is a high-level sales consulting position which will play a key role in defining strategy and direction to the business as they continue to grow across Europe.
The Solution Architect Director will overarch numerous business units, including sales, implementation, client services and product teams, so candidates need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Work closely with Bid Managers to understand key requirements associated with customer proposals.
- Support sales teams in designing market leading solutions for new and existing customers.
- Lead on strategic direction of the Solution Architecture team.
- Demonstrate solutions and software to internal, external and prospect stakeholders.
- Recruit and grow the Solutions team.
- Experience working within a SaaS software, VMS, MSP or similar organisation.
- Several years experience manging subject matter experts.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills – both internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of data flow processes.
- Ability to lead and facilitate meetings with C-Level stakeholders.
