Benefits: Up to £80,000 + more

Location: Manchester (Hybrid or Remote)

Are you a proactive team leader looking for an opportunity within a nationally recognised company? Our client is market leading company within the travel domain and are currently on the lookout for a Tech Lead to scale the team.

Responsibilities:

This position will see you leading a small team of skilled developers across a specified platform. You will be a hands-on lead 50% of the time and the other 50% will consist of you maintaining and reinforcing the approach and growth mindset throughout the team. Your voice and ideas will be heard in this organisation, and you will be seen as a leader to assist in developing the future architecture and strategy

Required Skills:

• Experience leading, developing, and supporting a team.
• Strong C# and AWS experience.
• Experience with Ruby would be beneficial.
• Very hands-on engineer and have a passion and love for technology.
• You have a strongly believe in producing high-quality, resilient services
• Able to adapt to new challenges rapidly
• Experience with test-driven development
