Technical Presales – (Healthcare Software)

Role: Technical Pre-Sales (Radiology – Healthcare Software)

Salary: Up to £50k + 5-10% Bonus plus significant benefits package

Location: 100% WFH / Remote (UK based)

If you have Pre-Sales experience in the NHS or a UK Healthcare IT solutions environment, then I have an exciting opportunity for you!

In this role, you will provide expert knowledge to ensure each sale proposal contain the appropriate technology solution defined to a degree that the delivery team understand as necessary to deliver sales.

As a Pre-Sales Solution Specialist, you are the liaison between both sales teams and solution teams.

Required:

• PreSales Solutions experience acting at as the liaison between sales and solutions teams, writing and submitting tenders (ITT, RFI, RFQ’s etc.)
• Knowledge of NHS & UK Healthcare IT solutions industry
• Understanding of the market, business, and solutions the company offer in order to be able to articulate sales proposals within a framework
• In-depth knowledge of HL7 & Web API integration technology
• Understanding of RIS and other healthcare technology applications
• Effective communicator, able to effectively translate customer requirements into deliverable and technologically appropriate solutions

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with our delivery teams to define and agree solution components required to enable the delivery team to create detailed statements of work
• Creating a set of standardised solution packages that can be sold by the sales team with all of these factors already finalised
• Working with the solutions team to create new and innovative solution descriptions, diagrams, warranted environment specifications and inter-dependencies to expand our product portfolio
