VP of Growth

Role: VP of Growth/ Growth Director

Location: Dubai

Salary: 55,000 AED- 65,000 AED per month (flexible and negotiable DOE) + relocation package + bonus

Som3 Recruitment are working very closely with a sustainable fashion brand specialising in active wear that are looking to put a spin on the fashion space. Uniting conscious consumerism, this brand plays a big part in charity contributions with a community that supports creativity and innovation.

Due to rapid growth they are on the lookout for a VP of Growth/ Growth Director to who can be a great leader, role model but also get their hands dirty when needed whilst reporting direct to the CEO.

What you should have:

• Ability to manage the growth team that consists of 2 Senior Growth Managers, Digital Marketing Manager and the whole Influencer Marketing team.
• Ability to run trade teams/ trade show where you would be accountable for the revenue number son the ecomm side.
• Experience in leading, motivating and inspiring the whole team and company
• Managed Growth/ Performance Marketing/ CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and owned/ own the success metrics associated with them.
