Role: Office Administrator / Warehouse Administrator

Location: Skelmersdale

Salary: £22,573 a year + £200 per month attendance allowance

Benefits: Casual dress, Company events, Pension, Discounted/Free Food, EAP, Staff Discount & Free parking. 22 Days holiday (rising over time) + statutory

Working Hours: 40 per week Monday to Friday

Rotating weekly shifts of Mon-Fri 07:30-16:00 and Mon-Fri 11:30-20:00

Are you an experienced Office Administrator and ideally do you have experience in Warehouse Office Administration? Our client is a successful and growing ecommerce business who are looking for someone who is passionate about people, and will make significant contributions to the team, playing a key role between the Warehouse management team and employees across numerous sites.

Duties:

  • First port of contact for all warehouse administrative procedures
  • Being a point of contact for warehouse colleague queries
  • Entering employee data into the company databases
  • Providing strong administrative support to the warehouse manager
  • Assisting with internal event organisation
  • Monitoring stock levels and ensuring accurate purchasing of consumables/cleaning products
  • Maintaining/housekeeping of employee files
  • Liaising with external companies/suppliers to assist in the smooth running of warehouse operations
  • Assisting Shift Managers with absence management
  • Monitoring staff attendance using internal TMS and HR software
  • Collate / Report issues with stock orders
  • Minute taking in meetings
  • General Admin Tasks

Warehouse Office Administrator Skill & Experience Required:

  • The ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Active listening skills
  • Organisations skills and data-orientated mentality
  • Strong communication skills
  • Familiar with time and attendance database systems
  • Knowledge of HR and employment law
  • Previous admin/HR/office experience will be highly beneficial
  • PC Literacy, Use of Microsoft Office and Office 365 Applications such as Word, Excel & Powerpoint
  • Call Handling and Customer Service
