ServiceNow Administrator – Remote

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow administrator (2 years experience) to join our national client (end users) in which the successful candidate can be based remote from home with occasional trips to a local office (offices are national)

What you’ll be leading on

Create, support and maintain API/eBond connections between Highways England and external organisations for incident/request ticket transactions.

• Will provide technical governance of ServiceNow patching and upgrades in coordination with the ServiceNow HI portal.
• Complete and manage backend configuration of the ServiceNow environment, across all licensed modules.
• Create and manage user and group permissions.
• Maintain and execute ServiceNow support tickets (incident and service requests) within agreed OLAs.
• Escalate complex service tickets to the ServiceNow support partner, ensuring completeness and timeliness of resolution.
• Support creation and management of Management Information reports and dashboards.
• Support collaboration with developers to drive enhancement in an Agile environment.
• Will be the main technical support resource for ServiceNow enquires.
• Will support enabling licensed ServiceNow modules for maximum usage to address business needs, and general CSIs.

To be successful

Must be qualified to ServiceNow Systems Administrator (and certification current) as mandatory, other ServiceNow qualifications will be desirable.

• Must have a good understanding and experience of ITIL V3 (Mandatory) or V4 (Desirable).
• Desirable to have experience in a public-sector organisation
• Must have previous experience working as a senior ServiceNow Systems Administrator, on versions no older than New York.
• Excellent communication and task management skills.

• Able to work well in demanding environments.
