The market has changed significantly in recent years, som3 are adapting to those changes by moving to a strategy that will focus on two main markets – the global SAP and ServiceNow talent space. Technology recruitment will always be there, but to add maximum value to our clients this niche approach is essential.  We have always had teams who deliver in these markets but now is the time to strengthen and build on that ability.

Tom brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in the specialist markets of SAP, having grown and managed highly successful teams delivering exceptional talent across the globe.

Tom will maximise on the knowledge and support within the current team and further grow our capability with some fresh faces who will build and further enhance relationships with current and future clients.
