Italian SAP FI CO Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join a leading client in the fashion industry on an initial 3-month remote contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and deliver effective SAP FICO solutions.
• Configure and support SAP FI and CO modules, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate with finance teams to improve financial reporting, controlling, and accounting processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional SAP teams, including MM and SD, to ensure seamless system integration.
• Participate in workshops, solution design, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live support.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide ongoing support throughout the contract.
• Recommend process improvements and SAP best practices to optimise finance operations.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an SAP FICO Consultant on implementation, rollout, or support projects.
• Strong hands-on configuration experience across SAP FI and CO modules.
• Solid understanding of financial accounting, controlling, reporting, and month-end processes.
• Experience working within the fashion, retail, or consumer goods industry is advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent Italian (spoken and written) is essential.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
