Dean subsequently became a valued Customer buying contact in the ITSM world for many years as we followed his career, before joining ServiceNow for the last decade at Principal Consultant / Platform Architect in another valued Customer of ours – ServiceNow themselves. Dean has been deployed into Engage-ESM (Elite ServiceNow Partner globally) on a long-term high profile ServiceNow Greenfield project for them.
