som3 are proud to announce the appointment of our new Global Head of Delivery Laura Monument.

Laura is THE MOST experienced recruitment delivery person in the UK (possibly even the World!), having worked for our MD Steve Morrisey since 2000 when she came cap in hand begging for a job at his first company ecrmpeople. There isn’t a job in the Tech space that Laura hasn’t filled and done it better than her competition. As of Dec 2018 Laura has personally placed 733 people in jobs since June 2000!

Laura consistently won ‘Delivery Person of The Year’ award out of 300+ Recruiters when working at InterQuest with Steve for 11 years. Loyalty gets you far in this World, and Laura has it in bundles. She likes to bake stuff in her spare time, mostly scones and fudge.

Laura will be building out the som3 Delivery Team during 2019 and is keen to hear from any quality people out there.
