Benefits: Up to £75,000 + Double OTE and more
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join a long standing client of ours. This is a pivotal role for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of success in sales, within Microsoft Modern Workplace. As a Player-Manager, you will be responsible for both leading a high-performing sales team and personally driving revenue growth through your own sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
 - Act as a Player-Manager, balancing leadership responsibilities with hands-on sales activity.
 - Drive business growth by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives.
 - Build, refine, and optimise sales processes to improve efficiency and results.
 - Recruit, onboard, and scale the sales team, ensuring continuous professional development.
 - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
 - Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales strategy.
 - Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to refine sales approaches.
 - Monitor team performance, set targets, and implement action plans to ensure objectives are met.
 - Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior leadership.
 
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong technical understanding and experience in Microsoft 365, Azure and general IT principles.
 - Vast experience with Microsoft vendors or service providers.
 - Experience as a Player-Manager, leading a team while actively selling.
 - Strong ability to drive sales processes and implement best practices.
 - Demonstrated experience growing and scaling high-performing sales teams.
 - Good knowledge of the contact centre industry.
 - Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
 - Data-driven approach to sales performance and forecasting.
 - Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities.
 - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
