Position: 2nd Line Onsite Support Engineer
Location: Worcester
Salary Range: Up to £34,000

About the Role:
We’re seeking a skilled 2nd Line OnSite Engineer to join this market leading MSP’s Field Service Engineering team, responsible for providing onsite services for day-to-day operations (BAU) and various ad-hoc engagements. This role involves delivering onsite support to specific customers across one or multiple sites within contractual agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering On-Site services to clients, providing technical support for End User Technology environments encompassing desktop computing and corporate IT services.
- Proficiency in independently handling a wide range of products, performing onsite installations, and troubleshooting in both software and hardware environments.
- Adherence to documented procedures from the company or customers and the ability to adapt to changing procedures, making necessary changes for team benefit.
- Commitment to personal development, actively contributing to management appraisals and seeking growth opportunities in line with personal and organizational goals.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Demonstrable skills and knowledge in the relevant technology area.
- College, University, or Professional certifications.
- Certifications like CompTIA A+/N+, MCDST, ITIL Foundation v4 are advantageous or in progress.
