Role: Business Analyst

Location: Manchester (Hybrid)

Rate: £350-£450/day (Inside IR35)

Duration: 6 months

Currently on the lookout for a business analyst who has previous proven experience within this area to join a global media company on a contractual basis. This role will suit someone who is confident, driven, and passionate.

The BA is tasked with examining and assessing business operations and procedures, aiming to enhance efficiency by leveraging IT resources. This involves implementing measures like introducing new software for customer relationship management or deploying comprehensive integrated systems that cover various aspects such as payment processing, stock control, and dispatch, based on the business requirements.

The responsibilities of the Business Analyst encompass:

• Identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Offering guidance to Senior Management.
• Developing IT solutions.
• Testing IT systems.
• Providing staff training for the implemented systems.
