Position: Business Relationship Manager

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum, bonus and additional benefits

Location: West Sussex (Hybrid)

Role Overview:

Are you passionate about leveraging technology to drive business strategy? We are seeking a dynamic Business Relationship Manager to join a nationally known utilities company. In this role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between cutting-edge IT solutions and our organisation’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison for all IT needs within the Engineering and Construction departments.
• Strategically prioritize and manage the project pipeline to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
• Engage with both business and IT leaders to brainstorm and assess pre-project concepts.
• Develop comprehensive business justifications and align initiatives with business capability roadmaps and priorities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of successfully aligning IT initiatives with business objectives.
• Strong understanding of both technology and business strategy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with Value and Portfolio Management (MoP, MoV, VallT), BRMP, ITIL, or Prince 2 would be advantageous.
