They are looking for someone to continuously drive business values and to facilitate a superlative customer experience for all corporate and enterprise customers.

Key Skills

  • Significant experience in a global customer success role selling SaaS
  • Defining, executing and owning the outcome of the customer success strategy for a portfolio of named enterprise/corporate customer
  • Proactively managing the end-to-end customer relationship
  • Experience of working in a scale up company and sometimes chaos
  • Proactively identifying customer challenges and collaborating with customer
  • Ensuring support issues are resolved to SLAs and providing timely feedback and internal escalation as appropriate
  • Proactively monitoring customer activity against forecast/historical trends and intervening to mitigate risk and/or find new value opportunities
  • Pro-active individual with strong communications skills who can work well in a small/growing team
