Role: Desktop Support

Location: Central London (Onsite)

Benefits: £35,000 – £40,000 + Benefits

We are currently on the lookout for a Desktop Support professional with 1st and 2nd line support experience to join a growing MSP organisation in London. This position will require you to be onsite 5 days per week and the right candidate will have excellent IT skills and a strong background in a support role.


  • Provide technical support for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Communicate effectively with clients and manage support tickets
  • Conducting Office 365 administration tasks
  • Install, configure, and update desktop operating systems and software
  • Perform hardware maintenance and ensure security compliance
  • Provide remote assistance and document troubleshooting procedures
  • Train end-users on desktop operations and software usage
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices


  • At least 2 years of administering M365.
  • Software installation and troubleshooting
  • Experience in Active Directory
  • Patch management


  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Competent escalation management
  • Flexible attitude
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
