Job Overview:

As the Digital Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and increase online sales. You will lead a team of digital marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to leverage digital channels effectively. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving results in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company objectives, leveraging digital channels such as website, social media, email, search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising.

Website Optimization: Oversee the optimization of the company website for user experience (UX), search engine optimization (SEO), and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to drive traffic and maximize lead generation and sales.

Social Media Management: Lead the development and execution of social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty across key social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Content Marketing: Develop and oversee content marketing initiatives, including the creation of engaging and relevant content such as blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and interactive media to attract and engage target audiences.

Email Marketing: Manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive customer retention, and promote product launches, special promotions, and events, leveraging segmentation, personalization, and automation to optimize performance.

Paid Advertising: Plan and execute paid digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including pay-per-click (PPC), display ads, and social media ads, to drive traffic, leads, and sales while maximizing return on investment (ROI).

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), website traffic, social media metrics, email engagement, and other relevant data to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and identify areas for optimization and improvement.

Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the successful execution of digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position within the automotive industry or related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
