Position: Head of Marketing – London/Manchester

Join us as the Head of Marketing (HoM) and lead the dynamic Global Marketing team in propelling sales and advancing the worldwide mechanics membership Social Media platform. Your primary goals will revolve around driving app sales leads and cultivating a membership base of 4 million mechanics within 3 years for our innovative Garage Management App. This all-encompassing tool enables creating quotes, managing invoices, diagnosing issues, scheduling tasks, seamlessly integrating parts from various manufacturers, time management, customer communication via notifications, and serves all vehicle types. Mechanics benefit from personalized app features including their own calendar, synchronized photo documentation, and collaborative comments.


  • Strategy: Develop and execute a global marketing strategic plan in collaboration with the Product Manager, Country Marketing Managers, and a diverse team of internal and external resources. This plan will align with broader company strategies and growth initiatives.
  • Marketing: Oversee the global marketing function covering corporate communications (internal and external), branding, content creation, events, digital marketing, lead generation, partner marketing, and sponsorships.
  • Team Leadership: Utilize leadership skills to continuously enhance the marketing function, refining talent, structure, processes, and tools.
  • Goal Setting: Define measurable goals for the marketing organization and gauge commercial and brand impact using well-defined metrics and KPIs.
  • GTM (Go-to-Market): Analyze the competitive landscape and strategize to set our value propositions apart in the marketplace.
  • Agency and Partner Management: Foster productive relationships with agencies and external marketing partners to expedite marketing initiatives.
  • Partner Marketing: Collaborate with Automotive after-market suppliers to stimulate demand for our products among end-users.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage the global marketing budget in coordination with Country Managers for optimized spending.


  • Leadership Experience in a B2B marketing role.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide and nurture teams.
  • Strategic thinking and keen business acumen.
  • Proficient project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities, fostering trust across the organization.
  • A catalyst for change and employee engagement.
  • Proficiency in digital systems and tools like CRM, SEO, Marketing Automation, and digital analytics.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in sales lead generation.
  • Track record of success in a similar role.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to effectively fulfill the role.
