IT Manager
London (near Charring Cross) – 3 days in the office
Salary negotiable on skills and experience within the range of £40 – 65k – able to consider part time working.

New position within a very well established, niche regulatory company, who are looking for an IT Manager after a period of transformation. You will be responsible for overseeing the functionality of ICT within the organisation, while managing and leading internal and external support resources.
This role is varied and will suit someone coming from a similar size company of less than 100 people, who use a mix of external suppliers.

Your main duties will include, but not limited to:
* Develop and execute IT strategies.
* Ensure an efficient and robust IT support function covering managing requests, incident, problem, and change management.
* Work with IT Managed Service Providers, ensuring IT services align with needs.
* Maintain maximum system uptime and promptly address system issues, particularly related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Azure platforms.
* Oversee IT security, software licensing, hardware procurement, and user distribution.
* Developing and enforcing IT security policies and procedures.
* Provide regular IT service performance reports and ensure IT contingency plans are effective, updating, as necessary.
* Assist in IT-related projects, offering technical guidance on procurement and implementation, especially within Microsoft ecosystems.
* Support internal users with IT training and troubleshooting.

IT Support
As this is a small team, you will provide hands on support for issues, as well as acting as the escalation point – mainly around MS Office and Dynamics CRM
You will manage in-house IT support activities, include network infrastructure and AV, ensuring staff are effectively assisted with technical problems beyond the Managed Service Provider’s scope.

If you enjoy a varied role in a smaller company, then this position will be for you – you want to use your technical skills in MS Office, SharePoint, MS 365 Cloud applications, Dynamics, BI and SQL, while also mapping the strategy and managing suppliers.
