Position: Onsite Team Leader
Location: London
Salary: £37,000 per annum (12-month Fixed Term Contract with potential extension)

JOB SUMMARY
Join our dynamic team as an Onsite Team Leader based in London, working with an established Investment Management company on behalf of a leading technology solutions provider.
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of onsite Engineers, ensuring adherence to company processes, procedures, and contractual obligations while delivering exceptional customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clearly communicate role expectations and deliverables to team members
- Foster professional relationships with internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with processes, procedures, and contracts
- Provide onsite technical support for a CDW client, including end-user support and installations
- Follow documented procedures and offer feedback for improvement
- Monitor resource availability to meet service level agreements
- Serve as an escalation point for timely issue resolution
- Provide customer site network and systems support
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience managing teams in an IT external Delivery Framework
- Proficiency in installing, troubleshooting, and fixing hardware devices
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+/N+, MCDST, CCNA, etc.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with ITIL methodologies
- Possession of a full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to obtain UK security clearances as required
