Experienced Head of Operational Excellence with great Six-Sigma skills needed to grow and manage the OpEx department and team.
Great opportunity in an interesting sector to develop Operational Excellence across a busy company.
You will oversee the delivery and purpose of the Operation Excellence team, partnering with e business to identify and successfully deliver sustainable improvements, developing and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.

You will:
* Essure the Operational Excellence team delivers capacity creation, financial, customer experience and other benefits.
* Continually improve the approach for the improvement activity (E.g. Define Measure Analyse Improve Control (DMAIC), Diagnose Design Improve Sustain (DDIS), Design of Experiment (DoE) etc)
* Develop and deliver the strategy to improve the culture of continuous improvement across the company.
* Govern the delivery of all improvement activity by the Operational Excellence team.
* Mentor and support the team to achieve their Six Sigma Black Belt qualifications.

Your background:
* You will be an excellent leader and ambassador for Continuous improvement and operational excellence.
* You will have in depth experience as a Head of Operational Excellence / Continuous Improvement / Lean Six Sigma Black belt.
* Experience in managing a team of Operational Excellence / Continuous Improvement Managers and leaders.
* Ideally Lean Sigma Master Blackbelt qualification under a highly reputable standard (E.g. ISO 18404) so you can support your team in gaining Six Sigma qualifications.
* Proven knowledge and experience of programme management approaches and tools
* Experience in deployment of Systems Thinking, Performance Management Systems & departmental and or value stream transformations.
