Currently on the lookout for a partner manager with strong a strong hunter mentality to join an exciting software development company based in London in order to scale the team and business.

They are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and has an eye for detail who will be able to come in and take charge of the partner sales function within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and enhance sales relationships with existing third-party resellers and new partners to boost revenue.
  • Strengthen ties within current partners to optimise support.
  • Encourage and aid partners in revenue growth.
  • Identify and recruit new partners aligned with shared values and objectives.
  • Maintain sales forecasts for senior management.
  • Relay market intelligence to sales and marketing teams.
  • Ensure minimal conflict with existing channels when engaging new partners.
  • Emphasise commitment to partner success.
  • Foster trusted advisor relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with partners on product knowledge and market strategy.
  • Assist partners during sales cycles as needed.
  • Enhance the partner acquisition strategy.

Requirements:

  • Self-driven with a proactive mindset.
  • Proficient in communication and presentation, both written and verbal, in various settings.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles preferred.
  • Demonstrated sales experience in IT-oriented technology.
  • Channel sales expertise.
  • Knowledge of mid-market accounting solutions desirable.
  • Strong business development capabilities.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Experience managing third-party channels.
  • Effective pipeline management and new business development skills.
  • Proficiency in navigating various sales cycles.
  • Skilful in closing deals.
  • Experience building relationships at executive and operational levels, remotely and in-person.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK and potentially overseas.
