Location: Leeds, UK
Type: Full-time | Remote-First (optional travel to HQ quarterly)
Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 DOE

Summary:
We are hiring a Penetration Tester on behalf of a prominent UK retail and e-commerce organisation. You’ll join a small but growing internal Red Team focused on real-world simulation of cyberattacks across various environments.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct web, network, and mobile penetration testing.

• Simulate phishing and other social engineering attacks.

• Write detailed reports and discuss findings with technical/non-technical stakeholders.

• Help train internal blue teams and support purple team exercises.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of penetration testing or ethical hacking experience.

• Knowledge of tools like Burp Suite, Nmap, Cobalt Strike, and custom scripting.

• OSCP required; CREST or OSCE a plus.

• Familiarity with DevSecOps or CI/CD testing environments is desirable.
