Experienced Performance Analyst needed for a government project

Based mainly remote with periodic team meetings, you will measure and evidence the performance and impact of new service interventions.

This will include:

• Develop and maintain performance measurement frameworks and KPIs

• Ensure services meet GDS Service Standards, supporting evidence-based service design and iteration.

• Source, interpret and connect data from multiple systems

• Lead on measurement approaches to support A/B testing, iterative design and evaluation of interventions.

• Ensure success measures are clearly define, track and communicate success measures across the programme.

• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.

Your background

• Strong experience in a similar role!

• Proven skills developing KPIs, performance frameworks and outcome/impact measurement.

• Ability to analyse, interpret and synthesise data from complex and varied data sources.

• Strong experience communicating analytical insight to senior stakeholders in clear, compelling ways.

• Strong understanding of A/B testing and experimental/trial design.

• Skilled in Power BI (visualisation) and SQL (data extraction/manipulation).
