S4 HANA System Analyst

• Role – S4 Hana System Analyst
• Location – Remote plus 2 days per month in London office
• Salary – up to £60k base plus benefits

Main Purpose

The main purpose of this role is to provide S4 Hana system administration for the business and users of HANA (approx. 50 users) There will also be the requirement to make changes, set up users, change codes, chase missing requests within the SAP landscape. In 2024 there will be further S4 implementations in which the successful candidate will work closely with implementation partner to successful roll out Hana.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing key business systems, primarily SAP S/4HANA, improvements and applications based on user needs, including gathering requirements and creating flowcharts, diagrams, mock-ups, or prototypes.
• Maintain the current SAP S/4HANA system and progress our transformation through later stage implementations, likely to include Material Maintenance, Direct Procurement and MRP Lite.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting problems with existing key business systems, primarily SAP S/4HANA, including reviewing and reporting issues, tracing issues to their source, documenting fixes, and communicating with staff members about known problems.
• Manage routine key business system checks and controls to ensure compliance.
• Review and maintain user access levels to key business systems.
• Write, review, and maintain key business system documents to ensure they are current and accurate.
• Participate in, and where required to lead, key system change projects including preparation and execution of test scripts and creation of test user IDs and controls.
• Prepare user guides and training material relating to key business systems, primarily SAP S/4HANA.
• Follow change control procedures to ensure all changes are logged, assessed for regulatory & business impact, and tracked to satisfactory completion. Ensure change controls & doc reviews are carried out as necessary.
