ServiceNow Project Manager

The primary role of the Project Manager is to work closely with Customers and the internal delivery team to drive the successful delivery of projects, primarily around the ServiceNow toolset, in a client consulting environment.

You will facilitate the management of scope of the customer’s requirements, plan implementations and deliver to the planned scope and budget.

If you have a strong and proven background in Service Management project delivery in one or more of the following areas, we want to hear from you:

  • ITSM, ITIL, ITAM, CMDB, HR, ITBM
  • ServiceNow, HP Service Manager, BMC/Remedy, SaaS Solutions, App Dynamics

The candidate will be responsible for the following deliverables:

Project Tracking and Reporting including:

  • Project P&L Management
  • Project Plan Creation
  • RAID Management
  • Management of required client specific reporting
  • Delivery of internal reporting
  • On-time Project Delivery
  • SOW Creation participation and validation
  • Be a key member of the overall project team and grow revenues within existing customers
  • Management of the creation of all client facing and internal deliverables that are project related
  • Help drive the continuous improvements of our implementation/delivery methodology and service offerings based on client experiences

To be successful in the role the candidate must have:

  • Delivery experience with the Service-now.com platform for 12 – 18+ months (and/or similar ITSM toolsets for 3+ years)
  • Experience in delivery and working with IT Service Management (ITIL) processes, metrics and key performance indicators
  • Must have solid understanding and experience in Agile delivery methodology
  • Prince2, PMP or equivalent qualifications
  • ITIL Certification
  • Has proven leadership experience in managing teams and projects
  • Can facilitate customer workshops and executive level meetings
  • Ability to communicate, present and produce documentation on various levels for differing audiences
  • Proven team player and team builder
