Working for an Elite ServiceNow partner, this established organisation provide design, implementation and support to customers worldwide.

Working from home, you will be working closely with customers to understand and translate business and technical requirements and leading the technical delivery across ITSM and the ServiceNow product suite.

Training can also be provided to gain further certifications.

The Role:

  • Engage with customer around technical solutions and validate client requirements
  • Run functional design workshops
  • Provide creative solutions to resolve business problems
  • Hands-on technical delivery (development, testing and implementation) of ServiceNow solutions

To be successful in the role:

  • 1+ years ServiceNow experience
  • Configuration, implementation, and integration knowledge.
  • Extensive knowledge of workflow and 3rd party application customisation.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Providing technical documentation on modules and projects.
  • Previously worked across ITSM plus at least 1 other module
