Remote Working (occasional travel but infrequent)

Working for an Elite ServiceNow partner, this established organisation provide design, implementation and support to customers worldwide.

Working from home, you will be working closely with customers to understand and translate business and technical requirements and leading the technical delivery across ITSM, ITIL, ITAM and CMDB.

Receive additional ServiceNow training and the opportunity to gain further certifications.

The Role:

  • Engage with customer around technical solutions and validate client requirements
  • Run functional design workshops
  • Provide creative solutions to resolve business problems
  • Hands-on technical delivery (development, testing and implementation) of ServiceNow solutions

To be successful in the role:

  • 3+ years ServiceNow experience
  • Previously worked across ITSM and other modules (HR, ITOM, SecOps, ITBM)
